I am dieing to change my hair!! I was trying to grow it out but its at that awkward in the middle stage where I can't take it anymore....I'm chopping it off again! What do you guys think?? Help! I can't decide which hair cut and what color??!! Help me!!

nicole richie...for SURE. i love the warmth of the color especially since we're heading into fall and you can wear it wavy like that or as a cute straight bob
